However things move on quickly with 4G devices. Let us know how you get on with the 320U.

The modem firmware issue was resolved with 6.1.4 in 2012.

These earlier 320U’s were 4G-LTE-1800 in TDD mode only. Telstras 4G LTE service uses FDD mode. At some point after Telstra rolled ou 4G LTE, Sierra began supplying these modems to Telstra with an updated chipset supporting 4G-LTE-1800 in FDD mode”

Is the firmware upgrade still a problem 2013 – or is the comments timestamp here broken?
